I have a company in Florida under an LLC. I am a 50% equal shareholder. My partner has hired a lawyer to gather together information for the company within a 10 day period. I would like communication to be directed through my own lawyer who can deal with the requests and initial discussions. I am looking for someone who is skilled in company law.
