Legal drafting documents for UK seed round

We're closing a small UK seed equity round (SEIS-qualifying, ~£300k, English law) and need someone to put together the first drafts of the investment documents from standard precedents. Subscription & Shareholders' Agreement (SSA) Articles of Association Disclosure letter Board and shareholder resolutions Founder Director Service Agreement (with standard non-compete, IP and confidentiality clauses) Skills / experience: Working knowledge of UK SEIS/EIS seed equity rounds and the standard document suite Access to and fluency with market-standard precedents (BVCA-style or similar) — we want conventional, lightly-customised docs, not bespoke drafting Able to populate templates accurately from a term sheet and cap table Solid attention to detail and quick turnaround Could be a paralegal, junior corporate lawyer, legal drafter, or experienced founder/operator who's done these rounds before — formal qualification not essential To apply: briefly tell us your experience with SEIS/seed round docs and your hourly rate.
