Hi, looking for legal malpractice expert witness for arbitration brief. California actively licensed though can be out of the area. Ideally looking for someone in the next month or so to go over case, and calendaring for Oct-Nov for arbitration (not scheduled yet). Looking to avoid trial (spring 2027) and doubtful in person appearance, though I believe would have to be open to the possibility if necessary.
