Legal opinion and regulatory plan to open an IVF clinic in Japan

We want to understand better for Japan: Scope is exactly as below. Kent Corp intends to establish an IVF clinic in Vietnam to provide the following services and assisted reproductive procedures (collectively, the "Business Plan"): (i) In vitro fertilization (“IVF”); (ii) Egg donation (“Egg Donation”); and (iii) Pronuclear transfer (“PNT”), a form of mitochondrial replacement therapy (“MRT”). 1.2. Client's Request The Client has requested that I provide a legal assessment and advice on the following matters: (i) The legal basis for implementing the Business Plan; (ii) The legal requirements and conditions that must be satisfied to implement the Business Plan; (iii) The procedures and regulatory approvals required to implement the Business Plan.
