Level III IT Support Technician (MSP Experience Required)

NIC is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking an experienced Level III IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a senior technical role responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting client infrastructure, mentoring junior technicians, and serving as the highest escalation point for Level I and II support. Responsibilities: ✔️Troubleshoot advanced Windows Server and Active Directory environments ✔️Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online ✔️Configure and support Azure / Microsoft Entra ID ✔️Administer firewalls, VPNs, switching, and wireless networks ✔️Support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) ✔️Perform server migrations and infrastructure projects ✔️Document work thoroughly in ConnectWise ✔️Mentor Level I and II technicians ✔️Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Required Experience ✔ 5+ years working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) ✔ Strong Windows Server & Active Directory experience ✔ Microsoft 365 administration ✔ Networking & firewall troubleshooting ✔ ConnectWise ✔ Excellent English communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments We're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, communicates well with clients, and wants to build a long-term relationship with our team.
