L2/L3 IT Support Engineer (MSP Experience Required) We are hiring an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer with strong background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and supporting multiple client environments. Requirements: 3+ years experience in Tier 2/3 IT Support MSP experience required Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Windows Server Active Directory N-able/Azure/ Connectwise ticketing platform Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Remote support tools Experience with RMM/PSA tools preferred Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Responsibilities: Handle escalated technical issues Provide advanced remote/on-site support Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA Support cloud, server, network, and endpoint systems Document solutions and maintain technical records
