We are seeking a Level 1 Tech Support Specialist for onsite visits in and around the greater Los Angeles area in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues. Responsibilities include providing onsite/remote customer support, diagnosing problems, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and be presentable.
