Lexmark Tier 2 Helpdesk Manager

Tier 2 Helpdesk Manager – Lexmark Print Solutions We are seeking a highly experienced Tier 2 Helpdesk Manager to lead our technical support organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Lexmark printers, print management solutions, and related hardware/software environments. This individual will lead a team of technical support specialists, manage escalated customer issues, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications: 5+ years of Tier 2 technical support experience with Lexmark products Experience leading or managing a technical support/helpdesk team Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, firmware, drivers, networking, and print management software Excellent project management and organizational skills Outstanding customer service, communication, and leadership abilities Experience with managed print services (MPS) environments is highly preferred
