Licensed Chinese Patent Agency: E-File 1 Design Patent Application, All Materials Provided

We are a US company seeking a licensed Chinese patent agency (专利代理机构), or a licensed patent agent (专利代理师) filing through one, to e-file one design patent application with CNIPA for a consumer electronics enclosure. The application contains two versions of one product design: one whole design and one partial design (broken lines). Everything is prepared on our side. You receive: complete view images for both versions, brief description text in English ready for translation (under 150 English words), all applicant data in one sheet, and a signed Power of Attorney in your standard form. You review for formality compliance, translate the brief description, e-file, and send us the filing receipt and DAS code. For an experienced design-filing agent this is routine work. Fees: the fixed price is for your service only. Official CNIPA fees are separate and paid by us. In your quote, state your service fee and itemize the official CNIPA fees separately, so we see the full total. A second, similar filing will follow shortly for the candidate who performs well on this one. What we need you to do: 1. Review our images and brief description for CNIPA formality compliance. If anything needs correction for filing, tell us and we will fix it same-day. 2. Translate the brief description to Chinese. 3. E-file the application with CNIPA within 7 days of receiving complete materials. Request WIPO DAS deposit at filing. 4. Deliver: the official filing receipt showing the application number and filing date, and the WIPO DAS access code. 5. Forward all CNIPA correspondence for this application to us promptly, through grant. What you do NOT need to do: No patentability search, no infringement opinion, no drawing production, no claim drafting. Requirements: Valid patent agency registration. We will verify the registration number on the CNIPA register before hiring. Experience with design filings for foreign applicants, including partial designs. Reply with: 1.
