CA Licensed Structural Engineer Needed — Certify & Stamp Supplemental Framing Package

We need a California-licensed engineer (PE — Civil or Structural) to review, certify, and stamp a supplemental structural package for a residential project that is under permit and in active construction in the City of Thousand Oaks, Ventura County, CA. Important — scope: This is not a full house documentation set. It's a supplemental structural scope that will be added to the existing city-approved, stamped plans. The framing has already been built in the field and needs to be engineered, documented, and sealed. The project: A two-story single-family dwelling with a second-story room addition. The new room and roof are carried by: As-built 24″ open-web floor trusses ("N" web configuration) A front cantilevered section (LVL reinforcement over an interior beam) A side/rear cantilevered section (LVL joists on hangers) Deliverables to be stamped: Engineered truss drawings (truss-by-truss: T1, T2…) Cantilever reinforcement and connection details (hangers, fastening schedule, blocking/bracing) Supporting load and deflection calculations A sealed package suitable for city submittal and framing-inspection review Please include in your proposal — two quotes: Full scope — you perform the structural engineering (calculations + drawings) and apply your seal.
