Licensed U.S. Tobacco Export Company Needed (Exporter of Record & Compliance Support)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced U.S.-based company with proper tobacco export licenses to act as the Exporter of Record (EOR) for cigarette export transactions. This role requires full responsibility for export compliance and documentation, ensuring all shipments meet U.S. regulatory requirements. Scope of Work: Act as Exporter of Record (EOR) for international tobacco shipments Prepare and file EEI (Electronic Export Information) via AES Handle export customs clearance and required filings Ensure full compliance with U.S. export regulations (including tobacco-specific requirements) Provide and manage all necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners if needed Requirements: Must be a U.S.-registered company with valid tobacco export authorization/licenses Proven experience handling tobacco or regulated product exports Strong understanding of U.S. export compliance (AES, EEI, customs procedures) Ability to serve as legal exporter for international shipments Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Existing relationships with freight forwarders or customs brokers Experience exporting to Asia or other international markets Ability to provide end-to-end export solutions Project Type: Ongoing / Long-term cooperation preferred To Apply: Please include: Your company profile and licenses Relevant experience with tobacco or regulated exports Services you can provide (EOR only or full-service export handling) Pricing structure or service fees We are looking for a long-term partner to support our growing export operations.
