Licensed Vietnamese Lawyer Needed for NDA Review & Revision

We are seeking a licensed Vietnamese lawyer to draft a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA will be used for part-time independent contractors and should be suitable for roles involving access to confidential company information. The scope includes preparing a clear, well-structured agreement and ensuring it is enforceable under Vietnamese law. This is a fixed-price project with a preferred turnaround time of 1–2 days. Applicants should have experience drafting NDAs or similar business contracts, along with strong written English skills.
