Licensing & Partnership Manager About Galactic Armory Galactic Armory is a leading creator of 3D printable cosplay armor, props, and costumes. We serve a global community of makers through digital products, educational content, physical accessories, and premium fabrication solutions. Our audience includes thousands of active supporters, a large email community, and hundreds of thousands of followers across social platforms. We are seeking a Licensing & Partnership Manager to help transform Galactic Armory into a premier destination for officially licensed cosplay products and partnerships. Position Summary The Licensing & Partnership Manager will identify, develop, negotiate, and manage strategic licensing relationships with entertainment brands, game publishers, creators, and intellectual property owners. This role is responsible for expanding Galactic Armory's portfolio of licensed products while building long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has experience in licensing, business development, consumer products, entertainment, gaming, collectibles, or related industries and possesses an existing network of industry contacts. Responsibilities include: - Identify licensing opportunities aligned with Galactic Armory's audience and capabilities - Research intellectual property owners and licensing decision makers - Conduct outreach to potential licensors - Build and maintain a pipeline of licensing opportunities - Represent Galactic Armory in licensing discussions and negotiations - Establish relationships with game studios, entertainment companies, creators, and brand owners - Develop partnership proposals and presentations - Negotiate business terms and partnership structures - Identify opportunities for co-branded products and collaborations Qualifications Required - 3+ years experience in licensing, business development, partnerships, or related fields - Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience building and maintaining professional relationships - Ability to independently manage outreach and negotiations - Comfortable attending industry events and representing the company Preferred - Entertainment licensing experience - Gaming industry experience - Consumer products experience - Collectibles, toys, cosplay, or fandom industry experience - Existing network of licensing contacts - Experience managing royalty-based agreements - Familiarity with trademarks, copyrights, and brand licensing Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of one of the most recognized brands in the cosplay and maker community.
