Summary

We're BitterBrains, a developer education company (Vue School, Mastering Nuxt, Frontend Nation, Certificates.dev and more). 400K+ contacts across our products, largely untapped. We're hiring one person to own email and lifecycle marketing, starting on Certificates.dev and growing into the whole network. Today it runs ~77 Customer.io automations that are almost all bookkeeping, nothing cross-sells or reacts to what users do. The demand is there; the always-on layer isn't capturing it. We've done a full audit and mapped 50+ plays, so you start from a plan. You'd own the full chain for each campaign: email, landing page, conversion, reporting, A/B testing, iteration. Customer.io is yours end to end. Nurturing and intent-based triggers are the core of the job, not batch-and-blast.
