Lifecycle / Growth Marketing Manager (App + Shopify Website)

Summary

We are a fast-growing company with thousands of active users across our mobile apps and Shopify website. We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute user messaging campaigns across our ecosystem (mobile, email, push, and web) to improve engagement and retention. Responsibilities: - Own lifecycle messaging across channels: push notifications, in-app messages, email, and web. - Design onboarding, reactivation, and loyalty journeys across both app and website. - Segment users based on app activity, purchase history, and behavior. - Execute cross-platform campaigns (e.g., users who purchase on Shopify but haven’t downloaded the app, or app users who haven’t purchased yet). - A/B test copy, timing, and messaging strategies. - Analyze results and optimize for higher engagement, retention, and conversion. Requirements: - Experience with lifecycle/retention marketing in mobile apps and/or e-commerce. - Hands-on with tools like OneSignal, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailgun, or similar. - Knowledge of attribution and tracking platforms (AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Apphud, etc.). - Ability to write clear and compelling copy. - Strong understanding of segmentation and user journeys across both app and Shopify. Candidate needs to be able to start inmediately
