Lightroom Classic Editor for Wedding & Event Photography

I'm looking for a skilled Lightroom Classic editor to help edit wedding and event galleries on an ongoing basis. I already have an established editing style and color preset. Your job is not to create your own look, but to closely match and maintain my editing style across each gallery. Responsibilities OVERALL: OUR BRAND REQUIRES A CLASSIC, CLEAN, AND TIMELESS LOOK (IMAGES). Apply my preset and maintain consistent color throughout the gallery Adjust exposure, white balance, contrast, highlights, shadows, and cropping as needed Ensure skin tones remain natural and consistent Match lighting across different scenes and lighting conditions Deliver the completed Lightroom catalog back with all edits intact What I'm Looking For Strong experience using Adobe Lightroom Classic Experience editing weddings or events is highly preferred Excellent understanding of color consistency and skin tones Able to follow an existing editing style rather than developing your own Detail-oriented and reliable Good communication and able to meet deadlines Bonus Skills Basic Photoshop knowledge for occasional requests To Apply Please include: A few examples of wedding or event galleries you've edited Your typical turnaround time Your rate per catalog.
