LimeSurvey Setup and HubSpot Integration Specialist Needed

**Job Description** **Project Overview** We are undertaking a multi-year research and program evaluation initiative in collaboration with esteemed German research universities and institutes. Our primary survey platform will be LimeSurvey (annual license), selected in compliance with GDPR regulations, EU data residency requirements, and institutional mandates. We seek to engage a senior consultant to assist us in the design, configuration, and implementation of the following components: - Advanced multilingual surveys (initially in German and English, with potential for additional languages) - Anonymous and pseudonymous longitudinal study designs (including pre/post assessments and multiple waves) - Integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (HubSpot) - A systematic analytics and dashboard pipeline for cross-wave comparison This assignment requires expertise beyond basic survey construction, with an emphasis on privacy, research rigor, and long-term maintainability. **Scope of Work** 1. **Survey Architecture & LimeSurvey Setup** - Design a master multilingual survey template (initially in German and English). - Implement advanced branching and conditional logic. - Configure pseudonymous linkage mechanisms (including tokens, access codes, or participant-generated identifiers). - Ensure that surveys are anonymous by default (excluding IP addresses and unnecessary metadata). - Structure surveys for repeatable waves with minimal rework required. 2. **GDPR & Ethical Compliance Configuration** - Configure LimeSurvey in accordance with GDPR best practices (specifically within the EU/Germany context). - Provide guidance on data minimization, retention, and access controls. - Assist in documenting the survey and data architecture to meet the requirements of ethics boards and Data Protection Officer (DPO) reviews. - Experience with Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) methodologies is advantageous. 3. **CRM Integration (Salesforce or HubSpot)** - Design a secure linkage model between CRM and survey data. - Implement integration through one of the following methods: - Application Programming Interface (API) - Middleware solutions (such as Zapier, Make, or n8n) - Secure batch exports (if preferred for compliance purposes) - Ensure that no personal identifiers are stored in the survey platform unless explicitly required. 4. **Analytics & Dashboard Pipeline** - Develop a robust data pipeline from LimeSurvey to analytics tools. - Create reusable dashboards, with a preference for Power BI, though Tableau and R Shiny are acceptable alternatives. **Support for:** - Pre/post comparisons - Multi-wave tracking - Language and cohort filtering - Documentation of the setup to enable internal teams to maintain the system. 5. **Handover & Documentation** - Provide comprehensive documentation covering: - Survey structure - Token and linkage logic - Integration architecture - Dashboard refresh workflow - Conduct a training session for internal team members to ensure smooth transition and understanding.
