Link Building Specialist

We’re looking to bring on a Link Building Specialist to help grow SEO projects. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with potential for growth as you demonstrate results, consistency, and initiative. You’ll be working alongside our Client Success team, helping us execute SEO deliverables that drive real ROI. Who This Role Is For: Someone with 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience Understands backlink quality vs. quantity Can follow structured systems consistently Pays strong attention to detail and documentation Can manage repetitive tasks without cutting corners Is reliable, honest, and communicates clearly Typical Tasks You'll Be Assigned: Building citations and directory listings for home care agencies & senior facilities Identifying high-quality link opportunities & citations Performing competitor backlink research Executing outreach templates and logging responses Submitting guest post/contact forms when needed Tracking all links in Airtable and reporting weekly progress Ensuring all acquired links meet quality guidelines Bonus if you: Have experience working with local businesses or home care/healthcare industries Have used tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console Are reliable, responsive, and good at asynchronous communication ⚠️ How to Apply: To ensure the right fit, shoot us a message & we’ll be sending a few short questions to applicants we’re considering.
