LinkedIn ads specialist — B2B lead gen campaign management About the project We're a digital marketing agency managing LinkedIn ad campaigns for a B2B client in the commercial hygiene services industry. Our campaigns are targeting Canadian businesses around a regulatory compliance deadline (September 2026) and we need expert hands-on help to execute, optimize, and scale. This is an ongoing part-time engagement with clear deliverables. You'll work directly with our agency team and will not be client-facing. What you'll be working on - Auditing existing campaigns and cutting underperforming creatives based on CTR and impression data - Building new ad creatives and copy aligned to a compliance-focused messaging strategy - Setting up and optimizing LinkedIn lead gen forms, including adding consent fields - Connecting a compliance landing page to campaigns and monitoring form-to-lead performance - Gradually scaling daily budgets ($250/day → $400/day) without disrupting campaign optimization - Implementing geographic targeting strategies within LinkedIn's limitations (city/metro level for a specific Canadian market) - Coordinating creative updates with our design team and flagging any policy/review risks before publishing - Providing regular performance updates and recommendations Required skills and experience - 3+ years managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B lead generation - Proven experience with LinkedIn lead gen forms and audience targeting - Strong understanding of LinkedIn's ad review policies (especially for sensitive/regulated content) - Comfortable working with modest budgets ($250–$400/day) and optimizing for CPL - Experience with compliance or regulated-industry campaigns is a plus - Ability to communicate clearly in writing — you'll be coordinating async with our team - Canadian market experience is a bonus but not required Nice to have - Experience with Google Ads (search campaigns) — we have a parallel campaign running - Familiarity with creative review workflows (Loom walkthroughs, Google Doc copy reviews) - Basic knowledge of landing page conversion optimization To apply, please include - 2–3 examples of LinkedIn B2B lead gen campaigns you've managed, including results (CPL, lead volume, CTR) - A brief note on how you'd approach auditing an underperforming campaign with ~12 active creatives - Your availability and typical response time Note: This is an agency role.
