Linked in Lead Capture & Connection Support

Vanorsdale Learning Lab is a boutique Learning & Development consultancy company, offering a variety of companies support in a tier that works for them. We are looking for someone to support us with tracking leads from our LinkedIn engagements. Support will include tasks such as: Daily monitoring of LinkedIn activity (reactions/comments) to identify potential leads matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Maintaining the "VLL Soft Lead & Demo Tracker", including verifying potential leads against existing entries to avoid duplicates. Managing lead statuses in the tracker and monitoring for VLL team validation before initiating contact. Executing connection requests and sending Direct Messages to validated leads using provided script prompts. Updating conversation stages in the tracker (e.g., "DM 1 sent", "DM 2 sent") based on lead interaction. Providing daily completion notifications to the VLL team via the dedicated Slack channel. We anticipate needing ~3 hours support weekly, but may need to adapt this as we grow our LinkedIn marketing approach. If the candidate has marketing experience, there is an opportunity to expand this role to include post creation and advertising strategy.
