Summary

We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager to create, manage, optimize, and scale LinkedIn advertising campaigns focused on B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running successful LinkedIn advertising campaigns, understands audience targeting, conversion optimization, and can provide strategic recommendations to maximize ROI. Responsibilities: 1. Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns. 2. Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B decision-makers. 3. Set up Lead Gen Forms and conversion tracking. 4. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and audiences. 5. Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with actionable insights. 6. Recommend budget allocation and scaling strategies. 7. Coordinate with our marketing team on campaign objectives and creative assets. 8. Experience with IT Sales using LinkedIn Ad.
