LinkedIn Ads Specialist (B2B Lead Generation, US Market) — Part Time, Long Term
Worldwide
We are looking for a LinkedIn Ads specialist to run B2B lead generation campaigns for our client, a US based marketing agency. This is a hands on execution role with a long term engagement, not a one off project. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. We are looking for specialists, not generalists. Apply only if you have strong, current experience and a portfolio of LinkedIn Ads campaigns run for the US market. If you have run only one or two LinkedIn campaigns, or LinkedIn is a small part of a broader paid media background, this is not the right role for you and we will not be able to consider your application. You will own the build, launch, and daily management of LinkedIn campaigns. Strategy, creative, copy, and landing pages are handled by the agency team. Your job is to turn that into campaigns that perform, and to keep the account clean and accountable. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Build and launch LinkedIn campaigns from provided creative and copy. Manage matched audiences, lead gen forms, document and thought leader ads, and ABM targeting. Monitor daily, pace budget, and test methodically. Own conversion tracking, UTMs, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and QA tracking before anything goes live. Report clearly on CPL and CPA against target, and flag issues early rather than at month end. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Three or more years running LinkedIn Ads specifically, with current hands on experience rather than oversight from a few years back. A portfolio of campaigns targeting US audiences. Demonstrable B2B lead generation results, where success was measured in qualified leads and applications rather than ecommerce sales. Comfort hitting CPL targets on accounts where someone else produced the creative. Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, UTM structure, and Conversions API. Process discipline, meaning naming conventions, QA checklists, and account hygiene you can describe without prompting. Meta Ads experience is a plus but not required. Candidates whose background is ecommerce only are not a fit for this role. COMPENSATION AND HOURS: $800 to $1,000 per month for 20 hours per week, roughly 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during US Eastern business hours. Fully remote, long term. Responsiveness matters here as much as skill. You need to be reachable during your working hours and quick to reply to the team, not someone who goes quiet between check ins.
