LinkedIn Appointment Setter for Content Agency (Long-Term Role) | Booked-Call Bonuses

We're a Content Agency who is looking to grow through LinkedIn outreach and we're looking for one great appointment setter to run it with us long term. The role: - Sending connection requests and staying on top of who's accepted - Managing outreach sequences across two LinkedIn accounts - Handling follow-ups and live conversations with prospects - Booking discovery calls onto our calendar - Sending a short weekly report on activity and pipeline status You won't be starting from scratch. We've prepared the scripts, the sequences, the leads and a thorough onboarding document covering who we are, what we do, who we target, and exactly how to message prospects, including tone. Your job is to run the system well and keep conversations feeling human. The most important thing: Our whole approach depends on sounding like a real person. Prospects on LinkedIn are tired of bots and salesy messages. The tone we use is casual and conversational, so people feel comfortable replying. If your instinct is to write overly professional, formal messages, or to have AI generate every reply, this isn't the right fit. Using AI as a tool is fine, but depending on it to hold your conversations is not Compensation: $1.5k/month + bonuses Requirements - Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and a strong understanding of the platform - Native or highly fluent English. Spelling and grammar errors in outreach are unacceptable in this role, no exceptions. - Self-managed and self-motivated. We don't micromanage, and if you need daily direction to stay on track, this won't be the right fit. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline. - Comfortable managing multiple conversations at different stages without letting anything slip - Organized: you'll track every prospect and touchpoint in our system What we offer - Long-term, ongoing work for the right person.
