About us Triplebird is a Dutch AI automation agency. We build automated processes for small and medium businesses using tools like n8n, Claude and custom integrations. Our founders have built a strong personal presence on LinkedIn, and that presence generates a constant flow of inbound conversations from business owners who want to know what AI can do for them. That flow has outgrown what we can handle ourselves. That is where you come in. The role You will own our LinkedIn inbox. Your single mission: turn conversations into booked intake calls. This is a high-volume role. You will: - Work through a backlog of roughly 15,000 existing conversations and re-engage the ones worth reviving - Handle around 200 new incoming DMs per day going forward - Qualify each contact: figure out who is a real prospect and who is not - Keep conversations warm, human and on-brand - Guide qualified prospects to book a free 20-minute intake call via our scheduling link - Keep the inbox organized so nothing slips through the cracks You are not closing deals and you are not doing technical sales. Your job is to start the right conversations, nurture them and get the meeting booked. Our founders take it from there. Who we are looking for This role only works with someone experienced. We need: - Proven experience as an appointment setter, SDR or DM closer, ideally in a B2B or agency setting - Excellent written English. Natural, warm, professional. You can match a tone of voice and sound like a real person, not a script - Strong instinct for reading intent. You know the difference between a polite brush-off, a curious lurker and a genuine buying signal - High output without dropping quality. 200 conversations a day does not scare you - Self-management. You can work independently, stay consistent and hit targets without someone watching over your shoulder - Comfortable working in our timezone for part of the day (Central European Time) Nice to have - Experience writing in or working with Dutch-speaking audiences (not required, but a plus) - Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools and CRMs - A background in sales or marketing What we offer - A long-term, full-time remote position with a growing agency - Clear targets and the freedom to hit them your own way - A warm inbox.
