LinkedIn Brand Manager & AI B2B Operator

I am seeking a senior LinkedIn personal brand manager, humanized content writer, visual content creator, and AI-enabled B2B outbound operator. This is not a generic social media role. I need someone who can turn senior subject-matter expertise into a disciplined LinkedIn and relationship-development engine. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing LinkedIn profiles, creating engaging content, and leveraging AI tools for outbound sales. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and optimizing sales processes. My focus areas include industrial site selection, corporate real estate advisory, data centers, AI/HPC infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, economic incentives, infrastructure-led development, power/gas/water/fiber site readiness, U.S.–Mexico nearshoring, FDI, and DoD/defense ecosystem manufacturing and technology firms. The contractor will manage: LinkedIn profile optimization Personal brand strategy Humanized LinkedIn writing LinkedIn graphics, carousels, and visual explainers Strategic commenting and engagement Target-account and target-contact research AI-assisted outbound email workflows CRM tracking and weekly reporting Logical audience funnels based on subject-matter themes A key requirement is building targeted industry funnels. The process should connect content themes to audience segments, target titles, adjacent likely candidates, message angles, CRM status, and next actions. Example: a post about data center power readiness should lead to targeted engagement with data center developers, AI infrastructure investors, utilities, BTM energy providers, fiber firms, and industrial landowners with power-ready sites. Target audiences include data center/AI/HPC firms, advanced manufacturers, DoD defense contractors, defense ecosystem technology firms, aerospace, secure electronics, UAS, space, dual-use technology, CMMC-related suppliers, foreign manufacturers entering or expanding in the U.S., U.S.–Mexico nearshoring firms, energy-intensive industrial users, infrastructure providers, industrial developers, EDOs, site selectors, attorneys, engineers, incentive consultants, and referral partners. The writing must sound human, specific, and commercially credible. I do not want generic AI-generated LinkedIn content, motivational filler, engagement bait, or broad marketing copy. The voice should sound like a senior industrial/site-selection advisor speaking to executives, developers, investors, utilities, EDOs, and corporate real estate leaders. Expected monthly deliverables may include: 12 LinkedIn post drafts 2 longer thought-leadership posts or articles 4 LinkedIn graphics or carousel-style assets 1 larger visual piece, such as a one-page PDF or visual market thesis Weekly strategic comment recommendations Weekly target-contact list with message angles Personalized connection and follow-up message drafts AI-assisted email sequence drafts CRM/pipeline updates Weekly performance report The outbound system should be similar in concept to Instantly-style workflows: ICP targeting, verified lead lists, personalization, email sequences, reply classification, CRM tracking, and performance reporting. LinkedIn activity must remain compliant. No bots, scraping, fake engagement, automated LinkedIn DMs, automated connection requests, browser plug-ins, or engagement pods. Required experience: LinkedIn personal brand management Executive ghostwriting B2B outbound strategy AI-assisted research and personalization LinkedIn graphics/carousels CRM or pipeline management Sales Navigator or similar prospecting workflows Email deliverability and outbound tools Preferred experience in industrial real estate, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, data centers, defense, economic development, professional services, or investment-related B2B markets.
