About the Project I am the marketer for the book The Unspoken Truth: How to Decode Intent, Influence Decisions, and Lead with Clarity. I am looking for a freelance writer who can transform ideas, stories, observations, and concepts from the book into high-quality LinkedIn content that sparks conversation, challenges conventional thinking, and builds a meaningful audience. This is not a content marketing role. This is not a prompt engineering role. I am looking for someone who can think, write, interview, challenge assumptions, and develop original perspectives. What You Will Do Read and deeply understand the book The Unspoken Truth. Conduct periodic interviews with me to capture stories, experiences, and emerging ideas. Turn book concepts into LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, and thought leadership content. Identify themes that resonate with executives, leaders, product managers, finance professionals, and technology leaders. Write content that sounds human, opinionated, and experience-driven. Challenge weak ideas and help sharpen arguments before publication. Develop content that encourages discussion rather than chasing vanity metrics. Create hooks that stop scrolling without relying on clickbait. What Success Looks Like The content should: Sound like it was written by a real executive, not an AI model. Contain original insights, not recycled LinkedIn clichés. Create thoughtful engagement and meaningful conversations. Be rooted in experience, observation, and practical leadership lessons. Help build a recognizable point of view around communication, leadership, influence, AI, enterprise transformation, and decision-making. What We Do NOT Want Please do not apply if your work relies heavily on: Generic AI-generated content. Formulaic "3 lessons I learned" posts. Empty motivational quotes. Excessive emojis. Buzzword-heavy corporate language. Copying trending LinkedIn formats without original thinking. If your writing sounds like everyone else's feed, this role is not a fit. Ideal Candidate Strong LinkedIn thought leadership writing experience. Background in executive communications, journalism, speechwriting, consulting, or B2B thought leadership. Ability to interview leaders and extract compelling stories. Strong editorial judgment. Comfortable working with senior executives and challenging ideas respectfully. Experience writing for technology, finance, enterprise software, leadership, or AI topics is highly preferred.
