The Role We need a LinkedIn expert who owns the full picture — strategy, content, community, optimization, and growth. You don't just post and report. You build LinkedIn presences that become genuine industry assets: followed, engaged, and recognized. You know how to grow an audience, spark conversations, and turn a brand or executive into a must-follow in the healthcare world. What You'll Do Strategy Develop comprehensive LinkedIn strategies for healthcare B2B brands and their executives Define content pillars, audience targeting, positioning, and competitive differentiation Build personal brand roadmaps for C-suite and senior leaders Identify white space in healthcare conversations and position clients to own it Content Ghostwrite high-performing posts, long-form articles, newsletters, and commentary in each client's authentic voice Develop content that earns reach — strong hooks, smart formats, and topics audiences actually care about Stay ahead of trending conversations in healthcare and plug clients into them in real time Build and manage editorial calendars across multiple client accounts Community Management Monitor and actively engage in comments, conversations, and DMs on behalf of clients Build relationships with key followers, influencers, and target accounts through strategic engagement Identify and engage in relevant industry discussions to grow visibility and credibility Support employee advocacy programs to amplify client content across their organizations Optimization Audit and optimize company pages and executive profiles for discoverability and conversion Test content formats, posting times, and engagement strategies to continuously improve performance Leverage LinkedIn analytics and third-party tools to understand what's working and iterate fast Stay current on LinkedIn algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordingly Reporting Deliver monthly performance reports covering follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and inbound activity Provide strategic recommendations based on data and industry trends What We're Looking For Proven LinkedIn success — we want real numbers, real accounts, real results. Show us what you've built. Deep experience in healthcare B2B: you understand the industry, the audiences, and how to communicate in a regulated environment Exceptional writing that makes complex, technical topics sound sharp, human, and worth sharing A strategic mindset — you think beyond the post to positioning, narrative, and long-term authority building Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting is a strong plus Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive messaging and healthcare marketing compliance is a plus Proficiency with LinkedIn analytics, Sales Navigator, and scheduling/management tools
