LinkedIn Ads Expert — Campaign Management & CPM Optimization About the Role We're a fast-moving digital agency looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ads practitioner to come in, assess what's broken, and own the channel going forward. Our current CPMs are significantly above benchmark and we need someone who can diagnose the root cause and execute fixes fast — not just advise. You'll work directly with the founder on initial audit and setup, then take full ownership of ongoing campaign management. What You'll Do Audit existing LinkedIn campaign structure, targeting, creative, and bid strategy to identify why CPMs are elevated Rebuild or restructure campaigns as needed (audiences, match types, bid logic, placements) Own day-to-day campaign management: monitoring, optimization, budget pacing, A/B testing Provide clear weekly reporting on CPM trends, CTR, conversion performance, and spend efficiency Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy and creative direction What We're Looking For Proven LinkedIn Ads experience with a track record of driving CPMs down while maintaining or improving lead quality Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager — audience segmentation, Matched Audiences, bid strategies, and creative formats Ability to operate independently and take ownership, not just execute tasks Strong analytical mindset — you should be comfortable pulling data and forming a clear POV on what to do next B2B campaign experience preferred Nice to Have Experience with lead gen forms vs. landing page campaigns Familiarity with LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking setup Background in SaaS, professional services, or agency environments Engagement Details Type: Hourly or fixed-price (open to discussion) Commitment: Part-time ongoing preferred after initial audit/setup phase Start: ASAP To Apply Please share 2–3 examples of LinkedIn campaigns you've managed, including before/after CPM or performance data if available.
