Our LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/airlistofficial We're looking for an experienced LinkedIn content and community manager to own and grow the LinkedIn presence for Airlist (theairlist.com) — a CRM built specifically for independent podcast hosts. This is an ongoing part-time role. You'll be responsible for turning our LinkedIn page into a consistent lead generation channel that drives traffic to the website and converts podcast hosts into signups. What you'll own: Regular posting (minimum 4 to 5 posts per week) with content tailored to independent podcast hosts — tips, workflows, product education, and industry commentary. You'll also engage daily in relevant LinkedIn communities, comment threads, and under posts from our target audience. The goal is visibility with serious podcast hosts, not generic engagement farming. What we're looking for: Proven track record growing a LinkedIn page for a B2B SaaS or creator-tools product. You should be able to show us a page you've grown and the results behind it. Strong copywriting instincts are non-negotiable — this audience is practical and busy, so content needs to be tight, useful, and direct. Experience with lead generation through organic LinkedIn is a must. Understanding the podcasting or creator economy space is a strong plus. What this role is not: We don't want someone who schedules posts and disappears. We need someone proactive who spots opportunities, suggests angles, and treats this channel like it matters. If your approach is templated content and recycled tips, this isn't the right fit. Deliverables each week: 4 to 5 original posts, daily engagement activity, a short weekly update on what's working and what's not, and a monthly report with follower growth, post reach, and referral traffic to theairlist.com.
