The Paulina's Housekeepers & Cleaning Services Ltd is looking for a proactive LinkedIn Lead Generation & Business Development Assistant to help grow our presence and generate business opportunities. We provide professional cleaning services across London, Kent, Essex, Bedford and Luton, including: • Commercial Cleaning • End of Tenancy Cleaning • Airbnb Cleaning • Deep Cleaning • After Builders Cleaning • Biohazard Cleaning Responsibilities • Manage and grow our LinkedIn company page • Connect with estate agents, property managers, landlords, serviced accommodation operators, dental practices, care providers and office managers • Send connection requests and follow-up messages • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities • Follow up prospects who engage with our content • Create and schedule LinkedIn posts • Engage with relevant LinkedIn groups and conversations • Update CRM records where required • Provide weekly activity reports Requirements • Previous LinkedIn lead generation experience • Strong written English • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred) • Experience working with service-based businesses • Ability to identify and engage decision makers • Organised and results-driven To Apply Please provide: • A brief summary of your LinkedIn lead generation experience • Examples of LinkedIn pages or campaigns you have managed • Any experience working with cleaning, property, facilities management or service businesses • Your fixed rate for 1 month • Expected number of connections, conversations and leads you can generate per week Hours Initially 5–10 hours per week with the opportunity for ongoing work.
