Who I'm looking for: Busy CEOs who feel like they're herding cats — managing a team with no clear goals, systems, or SOPs, and spending too much time putting out fires. What I do: I improve processes so your business runs smoothly without you in the middle of everything. I specialize in turning unprofitable companies into profitable ones. What I need from you (this is important): A qualified lead is a live phone conversation with the CEO or final decision maker — and only the decision maker and read this carefully "who is interested in my services" To be crystal clear, a lead is NOT: A list of emails or contact info An email reply or expression of interest A form submission A call with an assistant, manager, or anyone who can't sign off on the engagement A lead IS: me, on the phone, speaking directly with a CEO or decision maker who is interested in my services. If the call doesn't happen, it doesn't count as a lead. The measurable outcome everything centers on: engagements worth $5K/month or more. Every lead you deliver should be with someone who has the authority and budget to say yes to that.
