LinkedIn Lead Generation Support

Hi, I'm looking for somebody to work with me to help grow through LinkedIn. I have a personal LinkedIn profile with more than 3,000 connections and, realistically, at least half of those connections are dentists or people working within healthcare. I continue to grow this network every week and I believe there is a huge opportunity to generate enquiries through LinkedIn if we do it properly. I'm looking for somebody who can help me in two key areas. 1. Content, Engagement and Organic Lead Generation I don't want somebody simply posting for the sake of posting. I want to build authority, engage with the healthcare community and generate genuine conversations that turn into clinic enquiries. This would include: Helping create content and thought leadership posts. Managing engagement and conversations. Identifying opportunities within my existing network. Expanding connections with dentists, clinic owners and healthcare professionals. Turning LinkedIn activity into qualified enquiries. 2. LinkedIn Advertising I'd also like to build and scale LinkedIn advertising campaigns aimed at generating leads. A lead for us is very straightforward: A clinic that wants to offer patient finance to its patients. This could be: Dental practices Orthodontic clinics Implant clinics Aesthetic clinics Plastic surgery clinics Hair transplant clinics Private healthcare providers I'd like somebody who understands LinkedIn, understands B2B lead generation and enjoys focusing on outcomes rather than vanity metrics. I'm not interested in likes and impressions if they don't translate into conversations and enquiries. Ideally, I'd like to find somebody who sees this as more than a freelance project and wants to become a long-term growth partner as we continue to build.
