Job Description: We are launching a SaaS Product, an AI-powered scheduling concierge that automates staff scheduling for multi-location businesses in any industry, such as Dental practices, Medical clinics, and Restaurant groups. We need an experienced LinkedIn specialist to own both organic posting and paid lead-generation campaigns to drive qualified demo requests. Scope of Work: - Manage organic LinkedIn strategy: 4–5 high-quality posts per week from the company profile. - Run and optimize paid campaigns: Lead Gen Forms, Carousel ads, Sponsored Content, and Thought Leader Ads. - Precise targeting by job title, industry, company size (51–500 employees, 5+ locations), and geography (US). - Daily engagement and retargeting. Weekly performance reports. Small base retainer for setup and ongoing management. Strong performance bonuses tied directly to results: e.g., per qualified demo booked, per SQL generated, or a percentage of first-year revenue from leads you deliver. Exact structure is flexible and will be discussed based on your proposal and experience. Required Experience: - Proven track record managing LinkedIn for B2B SaaS (healthcare, dental, or hospitality preferred). - Portfolio showing demo requests / qualified leads generated.
