Summary

We are launching LinkedIn content to support enterprise sales. All content is written in-house. We need an experienced growth systems specialist to design and build the publishing and subscriber infrastructure once, document it, and hand it off to a part-time production assistant who will run it weekly. This is a build-and-handoff engagement, not ongoing management. Scope and deliverables: Newsletter architecture decision and setup. Evaluate LinkedIn-native newsletter vs. an owned email newsletter (beehiiv or similar) vs. a hybrid, with a written recommendation covering subscriber ownership, growth mechanics, and effort tradeoffs. Then implement the chosen setup end to end: publication branding, welcome flow, subscribe touchpoints. Subscriber capture mechanics. Profile and company page optimization for conversion, subscribe CTAs, and if an owned list is chosen, a simple landing page and at least one lead magnet concept built from material we provide. Carousel template system. 3–4 reusable carousel/document post templates in Canva, built precisely to our brand kit (colors, fonts, and logo provided), so a production assistant can produce on-brand carousels without design decisions. Publishing workflow. Content calendar structure, scheduling tool selection and setup, and a simple intake process for moving a finished article into its derivative posts. Handoff documentation. A concise operating manual (steps, cadence, tools, monthly metrics to report) that a production assistant can follow. Explicitly out of scope: content writing, ghostwriting, outbound/DM campaigns, paid ads. Content is produced in-house. If you see opportunities in those areas, note them in the handoff doc for future consideration. You are a fit if: You have built newsletter and LinkedIn content systems for B2B companies and can show 2–3 live examples You know the LinkedIn-native vs. owned-list tradeoffs from real projects You design systems other people can run Strong English, US spelling Engagement: Fixed price, milestone-based (architecture recommendation, build, handoff). Target 2–3 weeks. Propose your price for the full scope above.
