We are looking for a spна ecialist in LinkedIn optimization and positioning for the Italian/European B2B market, with native or advanced-level Italian. We need to prepare not only a personal LinkedIn profile for sales, but also the company LinkedIn page. The goal is that, after outreach, a request, or a first contact, a potential B2B client immediately sees clear positioning, credibility, concrete cases, and relevance to the Italian market. Required activities: — audit of the personal LinkedIn profile and the company page; — rewriting of the Headline, About, and Experience sections for the personal profile; — optimization of Featured, case studies, recommendations, and proof of expertise; — optimization of the LinkedIn company page: description, tagline, visuals, services, CTA, and key content; — adaptation of positioning to our ICP in Italy/Europe; — recommendations on the content structure for both the personal profile and the company page; — preparation of LinkedIn as a trust and sales asset, not simply as a CV or company showcase. We are looking for someone with experience in: — B2B LinkedIn profile optimization; — LinkedIn company page optimization; — personal branding for founders, executives, or commercial/sales roles; — packaging LinkedIn for B2B sales and trust-building; — working with the European market, ideally the Italian market; — native or advanced-level Italian, or proven experience adapting positioning and copy to the Italian market. Please send: — 2–3 examples of personal LinkedIn profiles and/or company pages you have optimized; — what you changed: copy, positioning, visuals, featured section, case studies, CTA; — whether you have experience with B2B LinkedIn, founder-led LinkedIn, or company LinkedIn pages; — how you adapt LinkedIn to a specific market and ICP; — what is included in your work; — costs and timeline. Important: we are looking for a specialist who understands LinkedIn as a tool for B2B trust-building and sales, not simply as a social network, CV, or space for regular posting.
