LinkedIn Outreach Assistant — 1 hr/day | Hourly + Performance Bonuses Ongoing part-time role 1 hour/day, Monday–Friday $4–5/hr base + performance bonuses Remote **YOU MUST SEND A LINK to your LinkedIn profile** ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a part-time B2B outreach assistant to help with professional LinkedIn prospecting and appointment-setting. You will help us prepare and send thoughtful, personalized outreach messages to business owners, founders, and operations leaders. We provide the lead list, training, message framework, and daily instructions. This role is for someone who writes clearly, pays attention to detail, and can communicate professionally with potential business clients. Important: All work must follow platform rules and applicable terms of service. No scraping, automation, fake accounts, misleading messages, spam, or prohibited outreach methods are allowed. WHAT YOU’LL DO Each weekday, you will spend one focused hour on: * Reviewing pre-qualified prospects from our approved lead list * Writing short, personalized LinkedIn outreach messages * Sending messages manually using approved outreach workflows * Responding to interested prospects using our conversation guide * Logging daily activity in a simple tracker * Flagging positive replies for the team We provide the leads, training, message examples, and reply guidelines. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Excellent written English * Strong attention to detail * Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B sales support * Ability to personalize messages instead of copying and pasting the same template * Reliable internet and a consistent daily work schedule * Professional communication style * Comfortable tracking daily activity and results This is not a mass-messaging role. We care about quality, personalization, and professional communication. PAY STRUCTURE Base pay: $4–5/hr Expected schedule: 1 hour per weekday Paid weekly through Upwork Performance bonuses: * $20 for each qualified call booked * $50 bonus if a booked prospect becomes a paying client Example: If you book 3 qualified calls in a week, you would earn $60 in bonuses on top of your hourly pay. All compensation will be handled through Upwork.
