LinkedIn Outreach Automation Developer for Compliant Lead Identification and Messaging

I am looking for an experienced automation developer to build a scalable outreach system for identifying relevant LinkedIn users based on visible profile signals, such as “Open to Work,” job title, industry, location, or other selected criteria. The system should help organize prospects, personalize outreach, track responses, and reduce manual work while remaining compliant with LinkedIn’s policies, privacy requirements, and reasonable messaging limits. This project is for NYLAA, an AI-powered interview preparation platform designed to help job seekers practice realistic interviews, receive feedback, and improve their confidence. Key Responsibilities Design a compliant LinkedIn outreach workflow. Identify users based on selected profile criteria. Create personalized message templates using profile information. Support connection requests and follow-up sequences where permitted. Add limits, delays, and safety controls to reduce account restriction risk. Track outreach status, replies, accepted connections, and conversions. Integrate with a CRM, spreadsheet, Airtable, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platform. Create a dashboard or reporting system for campaign performance. Document the setup and provide instructions for future use. Important Requirements The solution must not rely on unauthorized access, account circumvention, CAPTCHA bypassing, fake accounts, or methods that violate LinkedIn’s terms. I am looking for someone who understands compliant outreach automation, approved integrations, browser automation risks, and safe alternatives when direct automation is not permitted.
