We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us find and shortlist Business Development candidates via LinkedIn. Your task: - Search LinkedIn for BD candidates with experience in payments, fintech, or financial services in Asia - Priority markets: India and South Korea - Shortlist 10–15 qualified candidates - Send them an outreach message (template provided by us) - Collect responses and pass warm leads to us Ideal candidate profile you're looking for: - Experience in B2B sales or business development - Network in fintech, payments, or financial services - Familiarity with Asian markets (India, South Korea preferred) Payment structure: Fixed fee per hired candidate only.
