I need a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator specialist to get prospects moving this week, then build me a largely automated outreach system and hand it over. The result I want is qualified prospects in live conversations and meetings booked, running on a system I can operate with little or no help from you. **What I need you to do** 1. Review and recommend the toolset. Assess my current state and the best application of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or alternatives, plus any supporting tools. Tell me the best-practice stack to suit the target outcome, not just the one you happen to know. 2. Build target lists. Use my ideal client profile to build tight, saved prospect searches. I will give you the ICP. You turn it into precise, workable lead lists. 3. Work my existing network. I have cold and warm connections sitting under-leveraged. Identify who is worth pursuing, prioritise them, and start the conversations. 4. Run outreach that sounds human. Connection requests, messages, and follow-ups that earn a reply. No spray-and-pray, no templates that read like a bot. 5. Move prospects along the path. Manage the sequence from first touch through to a warm conversation and a booked call. Disciplined follow-up is most of the job. **Timeline** This is a build-and-handover engagement, not an open-ended retainer. This week: immediate leverage. Start working LinkedIn and Sales Navigator straight away. I want prospects moving in the first week, not after a setup phase. Weeks 2 to 4: build automation. Stand up the automated outreach system within LinkedIn or a supporting tool such as Botdog or your recommended alternative. By week 4: handover. Deliver a fully operational, automated system that I can run with light or no ongoing support from you. **Who suits this** You have run B2B LinkedIn and Sales Navigator outreach before, ideally for professional services or consulting. You know the current best-practice tools and can justify your stack. You can write a message that opens a door, and you can build a system someone else can operate once you step away.
