I'm looking for an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer who excels at finding exceptional passive candidates on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The role you'll be recruiting for is a unique, senior position supporting a neurodivergent family. I'm looking for someone who can identify outstanding professionals—not just keyword match résumés. Responsibilities: - Search LinkedIn Sales Navigator for highly qualified candidates - Build targeted Boolean searches - Identify passive candidates across the U.S. - Find email addresses (Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter, etc.) - Send personalized outreach using templates I'll provide - Track candidates in a spreadsheet Ideal Background - Experience sourcing candidates in one or more of these fields: - Special Education - Pediatric Occupational Therapy - Child Life - Autism / Neurodiversity - Pediatric Mental Health - Private Household Staffing Requirements - LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience - Strong Boolean search skills - Experience sourcing passive candidates - Excellent written English
