LinkedIn Sales Setter / Account Manager

We are looking for 1 LinkedIn Sales Setter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, managing conversations with business owners, and helping move prospects toward booked sales calls. Our company provides AI and automation services to businesses looking to improve efficiency, lead handling, customer support, and internal operations. What You'll Be Supporting • AI Chatbots • AI Voice Agents • Custom AI Automation Workflows About The Role You'll be working directly inside LinkedIn Sales Navigator, helping manage conversations, identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. Most of your day will involve: • Responding to prospects • Managing ongoing conversations • Following up with leads • Identifying qualified opportunities • Booking calls • Keeping simple records updated The Support You'll Receive You won't be expected to build everything yourself. We already provide: • Matured LinkedIn accounts • Sales Navigator • Pre-built lead lists • Established targeting criteria • Proven outreach frameworks • GPT Business access • Internal SOPs • Account management support • Sales team support Our goal is to allow you to focus on relationship building and conversation management rather than spending time building systems from scratch. Who We're Looking For Someone who: • Has experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Has booked sales calls before • Communicates naturally and professionally • Is organized and dependable • Enjoys speaking with business owners and decision makers • Can manage multiple conversations without losing track of follow ups • Is looking for a long-term opportunity Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, SaaS, AI services, consulting, or agency environments is a plus.
