We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn growth and social media agency to help us organically grow our company LinkedIn following within the property management, condo, HOA, and community association management industry. The primary goal of this engagement is to increase our LinkedIn followers with the right audience: property management company owners, executives, operations leaders, portfolio managers, regional managers, community association managers, and other decision-makers in the U.S. condo and HOA management sector. This is not just a content posting role. We are looking for an agency that can bring a structured LinkedIn growth strategy, strong B2B content creation, consistent execution, and performance reporting. About Us Condo Control is a portfolio-ready operating system for U.S. condo and HOA management companies. Our platform helps firms scale profitably, reduce manager interruptions, standardize portfolio operations, streamline resident communication, and improve board transparency. Main Objective Your agency’s main responsibility will be to grow our LinkedIn company page organically among property management professionals. We want to increase: Relevant LinkedIn followers Engagement from property management decision-makers Visibility in the condo, HOA, and property management industry Awareness of Condo Control as a trusted solution for property management companies Reach among U.S. property management firms managing condo and HOA communities Agency Responsibilities Your agency will be responsible for: Creating and executing a LinkedIn follower growth strategy Developing a monthly LinkedIn content calendar Writing and posting content on our company LinkedIn page Creating content designed specifically to attract property management professionals Repurposing our blogs, webinars, case studies, product updates, customer stories, and industry insights into LinkedIn posts Creating a mix of LinkedIn content formats, such as educational posts, thought leadership posts, carousels, polls, short-form insights, and promotional posts Engaging organically with relevant industry accounts, associations, companies, executives, and conversations Recommending tactics to increase organic reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth Testing different post topics, hooks, formats, and posting times Tracking follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement, and audience quality Providing monthly performance reports with clear recommendations Content Focus Areas Content should speak to the challenges property management companies face, including: Manager overload from resident calls and emails Scaling a portfolio without adding more headcount Improving resident communication Standardizing operations across multiple communities Reducing manual work and repetitive tasks Improving board transparency Increasing efficiency for portfolio and regional managers Reducing non-billable work Improving collections and operational visibility Using technology, automation, AI, and self-service tools in condo and HOA management What We Are Looking For in an Agency We are looking for an agency with: Proven experience growing LinkedIn company pages organically Strong B2B LinkedIn strategy and content expertise Experience managing LinkedIn for SaaS, real estate, property management, or other niche B2B companies A clear process for content planning, creation, approval, publishing, engagement, and reporting Strong copywriting capabilities Ability to create content for executives and operational decision-makers Experience building relevant audiences, not just increasing follower count Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on performance data A team that can support copywriting, strategy, publishing, engagement, and basic creative production Important Requirements Please only apply if your agency has experience with organic LinkedIn growth for B2B companies.
