Summary

About Solvera Solvera Consulting partners with nonprofit and government organizations doing complex social work — refugee resettlement, human services, community development — to build the organizational health and infrastructure those agencies need to do more of the work they exist to do. We're practitioners, not just advisors: we design, facilitate, and build alongside the teams we work with. Why This Role, Why Now Solvera doesn't have a LinkedIn presence yet, and we're ready to build one. Two active projects depend on reaching partners, providers, and communities. LinkedIn is also where we're most likely to connect with the nonprofit and mission-driven organizations we want more of as clients. We're not looking for someone to run our page long-term. We're looking for someone to help us start right: build the initial strategy, then hand it to us to run. Scope & Deliverables LinkedIn strategy roadmap — positioning, content pillars, posting cadence, growth/engagement approach, and how CANP/DSP visibility goals connect to broader firm/BD goals. Starter content calendar (first month) — a working month of drafted or outlined posts we can publish and learn from immediately. Handoff — a short walkthrough (written or live) so Karissa and Megan can run with implementation from month two on. This is a strategy and setup engagement, not ongoing content production or page management. What We're Looking For Real, demonstrable experience building LinkedIn strategy for an organization or company page (agency, in-house, or freelance — portfolio/examples requested) Comfortable working with a small, nonprofit/government-adjacent budget and translating that into a realistic, sustainable plan (not a plan built for a marketing team we don't have) Can write a plan two non-marketing people can actually execute — clear, concrete, no jargon Self-directed; comfortable with a short, defined contract rather than an ongoing retainer Nice to Have Experience with nonprofit, government, or mission-driven organizations Familiarity with B2B/B2G LinkedIn dynamics (not just consumer brand content)
