# LinkedIn Thought Leadership & Engagement Strategist for Executive Search / Leadership Advisory Firm We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn thought leadership and engagement strategist to build authority, visibility, and engagement for one company profile and two senior leader profiles. This is not a generic social media posting role. We need someone who understands executive positioning, premium B2B communication, leadership advisory, executive search, family offices, GCC/Saudi markets, and high-level professional services. ## About the Company Bell Curve Consultancy is an executive search and leadership advisory firm focused on Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market. We work with family offices, ministries, large organisations, and senior decision-makers to support leadership, talent, and organisational growth. We want to strengthen our authority online through consistent, high-quality thought leadership content and strategic engagement. ## Scope of Work You will manage the LinkedIn content and engagement strategy for: 1. Bell Curve Consultancy company LinkedIn page 2. Senior Leader Profile 1 3. Senior Leader Profile 2 ## Monthly Deliverables ### Thought Leadership Content You will create at least: * 10 LinkedIn posts per month for the company page * 5 LinkedIn posts per month for Leader Profile 1 * 5 LinkedIn posts per month for Leader Profile 2 Total: minimum 25 high-quality LinkedIn posts per month. The posts must be original, strategic, and written in a strong executive tone. They should position Bell Curve and its leaders as authorities in executive search, leadership intelligence, GCC talent markets, Saudi transformation, family offices, board-level leadership, and future-focused sectors. Content topics may include: * executive search * leadership intelligence * Saudi Arabia and Vision 2030 * GCC talent and leadership trends * family offices * board and C-suite hiring * organisational transformation * leadership advisory * future sectors such as space, sustainability, AI, and innovation * leadership mindset and decision-making ### Engagement Strategy You will create and execute a full LinkedIn engagement strategy for the company page and leader profiles. This includes: * identifying relevant profiles, companies, CEOs, founders, executives, investors, family offices, recruiters, and institutions to engage with * commenting from the company profile on relevant posts * suggesting strategic comments for the two leader profiles * building a weekly engagement plan * increasing meaningful visibility, not vanity engagement * identifying relevant conversations where Bell Curve should appear * supporting follower growth and authority positioning * recommending where and how the company should interact The goal is not only posting. The goal is to build authority, trust, visibility, and relevant business opportunities. ### Analytics and Improvement You will provide a simple monthly performance summary covering: * best-performing posts * engagement growth * follower growth * what topics are working * what should be improved * recommended next steps ## Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience in at least some of the following: * LinkedIn thought leadership writing * executive ghostwriting * B2B content strategy * leadership advisory or executive search content * recruitment, HR, talent, or professional services marketing * founder/CEO personal branding * engagement strategy and follower growth * premium sectors such as family offices, investment, consulting, luxury, government, innovation, or GCC markets ## Strong Advantage Experience with any of the following is a major advantage: * executive search * leadership intelligence * Saudi Arabia / GCC markets * Vision 2030 * family offices * C-suite communication * board-level content * professional services firms * LinkedIn growth for CEOs or founders ## Tone and Style The writing must be: * authoritative * refined * intelligent * clear * strategic * not generic * not motivational fluff * not AI-sounding * suitable for senior executives and high-level decision-makers ## What We Do Not Want Please do not apply if your experience is mainly: * generic Instagram posting * basic social media scheduling * low-quality AI-generated content * motivational captions without business depth * content with no strategy behind it * engagement without relevance or professionalism ## Application Requirements Please send: 1.
