Linkedin Ad Manager

We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ads specialist to help us plan, launch, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns. The goal is to generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, using targeted campaigns, strong ad creatives, and proper tracking. Responsibilities: Set up and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns Recommend the best campaign structure for lead generation Research and define the right target audience Create or advise on ad copy and creative angles Set up LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or landing page traffic campaigns Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data Improve cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rate Provide regular reporting and clear recommendations Requirements: Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns Strong understanding of B2B lead generation Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager Ability to target by job title, industry, company size, seniority, and other LinkedIn filters Experience optimizing campaigns based on CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality Good communication and ability to explain strategy clearly Nice to have: Experience with financial services, professional services, recruitment, coaching, SaaS, or high-ticket B2B offers Experience writing LinkedIn ad copy Experience setting up tracking, pixels, UTMs, and CRM integrations Please apply with: Examples of LinkedIn Ads campaigns you have managed The industries you have worked with Your average cost per lead results, if available Your recommended approach for launching a new LinkedIn lead generation campaign We are looking for someone who can not only run ads, but also think strategically and help us generate quality leads.
