Linkedin Recruiter & Hiring Manager Outreach Specialist (LinkedIn + Email)

I am seeking a highly skilled Reverse Recruiter who specializes in recruiter/hiring manager outreach to support my job search efforts for remote roles in the following areas: -Scrum Master, Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, and similar roles. Think of this role as a mix between Reverse recruiter and and an SDR. Your primary responsibility is to identify the exact hiring contacts (recruiter/hiring manager) behind job postings, get their information, and prepare the outreach messages for me to send. I will personally execute the outreach. Your responsibility is to provide highly accurate research, verified contact information, and compelling outreach drafts. Scope of Work Phase 1: Analyze Job Postings For each job posting, identify: Hiring Manager (preferred) Recruiter Talent Acquisition Partner Department Leader (if applicable) Potential future peers on the team Phase 2: Contact Discovery For each contact, provide: Full Name Job Title LinkedIn Profile URL Verified Work Email Confidence Score Source Used Tools may include: Apollo RocketReach Clay ZoomInfo ContactOut Lusha Sales Navigator Similar platforms Phase 3: Outreach Drafting Create personalized outreach messages for: LinkedIn Connection Request Short version under 300 characters. LinkedIn Follow-Up Message Focused on securing a conversation. Email Outreach Personalized to the role, company, and stakeholder. Each message should include: Relevant personalization Value proposition Credibility Clear call-to-action Interview-focused objective Phase 4: Hidden Job Discovery Identify additional remote opportunities that are not easily found through standard job boards. Examples: Recently funded startups Internal referrals opportunities Early-stage hiring Confidential searches Companies hiring before public posting Roles found through recruiter activity Volume Expectations Initial Batch: 50–100 recently posted jobs For each role provide: Hiring Manager Recruiter Verified Email(s) LinkedIn Profile(s) Outreach Drafts After completion, continue sourcing additional batches of relevant remote opportunities.
