I run PreSell OS. We help B2B agency owners build personal brands and get clients through LinkedIn, personal brand, content, DMs, the whole system. Our mission is simple: help 100+ agency owners become the face of their niche and never worry about where the next client is coming from. We're building the premier consulting firm for agency owners who want to grow through LinkedIn. That's where we're going. The business is growing and I need a VA who can actually keep up. This isn't a "send some emails and log off" role. There's real work here, following up with leads, managing our Skool community, posting and engaging on LinkedIn, working with our designer and editors, tracking what's working, checking in with clients, handling inbox, managing projects in Trello. The full list is below. This is a full-time role. Not a side gig. Not a few hours a week. Full time. What You'll Be Doing Daily LinkedIn reposting and engagement Starting DM conversations with prospects Following up with leads and booking meetings Replying to email inquiries and follow-up sequences Checking in with active clients Managing and posting in our Skool community Uploading workshop calls and creating thumbnails Working with our designer, editors, and contractors via Trello Tracking content performance weekly Managing inbox, refunds, admin, and anything that doesn't need me Who I'm Looking For: This part matters more than the task list. I've worked with people who were technically capable but couldn't communicate clearly. People who disappeared when things got busy. People who needed reminding about the same thing twice. That doesn't work for me. What I'm looking for is someone who's just genuinely on top of things. You reply fast. You write clearly. Your English is strong, not perfect, but sharp. You don't wait to be told what to do next. You see something slipping and you catch it before it becomes a problem. You're organized in a way that other people notice. Your work is clean. Your updates are clear. You don't miss things. You take pride in what you do. Not because someone's watching, because that's just how you operate. And you want to grow. Not just do tasks forever. You want to understand the business, get better at what you do, and build something with a team that actually cares about the work. If that sounds like you, apply.
