The firm is defined by execution. LUNARTECH engineered solutions and partnered with numerous industry leading companies that operate in the spaces of healthcare, aerospace, UAVs, and engines, alongside cybersecurity, clean energy, robotics, world models, and other frontier initiatives. Through LUNARTECH Labs, it delivers end-to-end AI and data solutions, from data infrastructure and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, serving enterprises, institutions, and governments. It also develops Phoenix, its proprietary AI-powered productivity and automation platform with more than 300 AI Agents supporting research, analysis, operations, and workflow execution at scale. At its core, LUNARTECH is built on a clear principle: advanced technology matters only when it creates practical advantage. The company’s focus is to turn frontier AI into secure, scalable, and operational capability, enabling organizations to move with greater speed, sharper insight, and stronger strategic control. ## Why this role is a career accelerator LUNARTECH operates at the frontier of applied AI, advanced technology, and high-stakes company building — where legal judgment is not theoretical, but operational. This role gives you exposure to real disputes, real documentation, real strategic decisions, and the legal infrastructure behind a fast-moving frontier technology company. Our work spans high-impact domains such as: - LegalAI Rosendahl design, legal software rules, and workflow automation - AI engineering and production-grade ML systems - Litigation strategy, legal analysis, and quality verification of legal outputs - Aerospace and advanced systems - Healthcare and clinical-adjacent applications - Manufacturing and industrial engineering use cases - Corporate, commercial, and operational legal matters You’ll work close to the source of decision-making and product design. That means you’ll see how legal strategy connects to business risk, intellectual property, corporate structure, partnerships, employment matters, reputation protection, and the software systems we are building. You won’t only analyze issues in isolation — you’ll help translate legal complexity into action, rules, workflows, and product logic. This role is intentionally selective. We protect our intellectual property, move quickly, and expect discretion, rigor, and ownership. In return, you get an environment designed to sharpen legal judgment through direct exposure, fast feedback loops, and meaningful responsibility. If you are serious about accelerating your legal trajectory, this role is built to compress years of practical learning into months. It’s a bridge from academic legal knowledge to high-stakes, company-grade legal execution — with mentorship, documentation standards, and real deliverables. What we invest in you: - Structured mentorship and direct guidance on legal reasoning, drafting, and strategy - Hands-on exposure to litigation workflows, legal documentation, risk analysis, and legal software co-design - Internal playbooks, templates, and research systems to help you work with precision - A fast-moving environment where legal work directly supports company outcomes - Collaboration with a high-caliber network of builders, operators, and advisors across the organization These openings are limited. When they open, strong candidates move quickly — because the upside is obvious. ## Qualifications - Legal education, legal training, or strong demonstrated interest in litigation and dispute resolution - Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and documentation skills - Ability to draft clear legal memos, case summaries, timelines, and structured arguments - Familiarity with litigation processes, pleadings, discovery, motions, evidence, and procedural rules - Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail - Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to legal and non-legal stakeholders - High ownership: you can take an ambiguous legal issue and turn it into a structured analysis or action plan - Bonus: experience with technology law, legal operations, legal tech, IP, employment disputes, corporate disputes, AI policy, or cross-border legal matters ### Screening Questions To ensure the role is a good fit, please confirm the following upfront: - You can complete a practical legal research or drafting assignment as part of the evaluation process. - You can work reliably in a remote setup and communicate progress proactively. - You’re willing to sign onboarding documents prior to starting, including MoU, NDA, and related agreements. - You understand that the role may involve confidential, sensitive, or high-stakes legal materials.
