Litigation Paralegal Tutor

Litigation Paralegal Tutor – Personal Injury, Employment, Lemon Law & Business Law (Project-Based / Remote) Description: We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal Tutor to work on a short-term, project-based assignment as part of our VA Onboarding Program. This role is ideal for someone with strong litigation experience who can guide and mentor Virtual Assistants working with U.S. law firms. The tutor will help new hires understand legal workflows, client SOPs, and best practices while providing structured feedback during the onboarding process. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in Personal Injury, Employment Law, Lemon Law, and/or Business Law. This is a remote, hourly position paid at $25/hour. Responsibilities: • Conduct tutoring and onboarding sessions with newly hired VAs • Review client SOPs and role expectations before sessions • Provide practical guidance on litigation workflows and case management • Assist with legal document preparation processes and file organization • Run roleplay exercises and workflow simulations when applicable • Answer questions and provide actionable feedback to trainees • Track trainee progress and document session notes • Prepare a final performance evaluation report • Identify and escalate major performance or communication concerns when necessary Requirements: • Strong litigation experience is REQUIRED • Experience in Personal Injury, Employment Law, Lemon Law, or Business Law strongly preferred • Minimum 6 months of experience working with U.S. law firms • Experience supporting attorneys with litigation-related tasks • Strong understanding of legal workflows, drafting support, and case management • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to explain processes clearly and mentor others • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Available for scheduled tutoring sessions Key Areas of Focus: • Legal document preparation workflows • Case file organization and management • Drafting support for attorneys • Litigation procedures and workflow guidance • Communication and professionalism • Attention to detail and document accuracy Project Details: • Remote position • Short-term / project-based work • Hourly pay: $25/hour • Flexible hours based on onboarding schedules If you have strong litigation experience and enjoy mentoring and training others, we’d love to hear from you.
