Summary

**Description:** I am building an application for iOS, Android, and Desktop. I need a Live2D character that reacts to user input in real time. **Assets provided:** - 1 full-body front-view PNG of the character (chibi fantasy style: elf ears, fluffy iridescent tail, messy pastel hair, pajamas, fluffy slippers) - 3 additional PNG variations (different outfits and hairstyles) **Scope of work — you handle everything:** 1. **Art prep / Slicing:** Cut the flat PNG into proper Live2D layers. This includes: eyes, pupils, eyelids, eyebrows, mouth shapes, hair (front and back layers), ears, tail, body, clothing, and slippers. You must redraw any occluded areas hidden by overlapping parts so the rig deforms cleanly. 2. **Rigging:** Full Cubism rig with mesh deformation for smooth head and body movement. 3. **Head tracking:** X/Y axis following the mouse / touch cursor. 4. **Eye tracking + blinking:** Pupils follow the cursor; automatic blinking at random intervals. 5. **Lip-sync setup:** Standard mouth parameters — A, I, U, E, O, plus neutral and closed. Must be ready for runtime audio sync. 6. **Physics:** Hair sway and tail sway with natural bounce. Subtle idle body sway / breathing. 7. **Emotions:** 4 states — Neutral, Happy, Sad, Surprised. Smooth transitions between them. 8. **Outfit / hairstyle switcher:** System to toggle between the 3 provided variations. 9. **Export:** Deliver `.model3.json`, `.moc3`, `.physics.json`, and `.cdi3.json` — fully ready for Cubism SDK integration. **Style requirements:** - Keep the original painted, soft-shaded look. No vector redraw, no simplification, no style change. - Optimized for mobile: target total file size under 10 MB. - Clean, organized file structure so a developer can drop it into the SDK without rework. **Deadline:** This is not a rush job. I am looking for quality over speed. Timeline is flexible — 3 to 6 weeks is acceptable.__ ---
